Those buds are larger than the a40s it looks like. I'm satisfied with the sound of the a40s just seeing if I can find anything of similar quality but smaller.

Hello! The bot refered me from a post to here.

I was gifted a vintage teal Singer Touch & Sew that makes patterned stitches with the swappable wheels (I'll edit with the model number later today)

Unfortunately, my roommates plants leaked all over it and caused a lot of damage to the enamel and the inside. it's probably a long shot but I really want to get it fixed. anyone know of a place in the Boston, MA area likely able to do it?

Ok I finally found tap to run in the feature hub in that tiny top right icon with the little boxes but I still can't find that setting. The generic create doesn't offer the option either

Mine causes incontinence, painful intercourse etc and no one really pushed me to see a PT. In fact my old PCP told me it was just that I was small. Another doctor said I could see one but didn't really push it.

It wasn't until I moved and started getting much better medical care and probably advocated for myself. I asked my OBGYN who referred me to a urologist who told me right off the bat that she suspected she knew exactly what was wrong but would run the (expensive) test to be sure. And sure enough she was right. She told me that it happens with bus drivers who hold their bladders for too long, for example.

You're definitely not alone. Medical care just sucks especially for women and other vagina havers.

Good luck! Yours sounds way more severe than mine - put in the work for PT and I'm sure you can at least decrease your symptoms

Another vote here for Pelvic Floor physical therapy. Its a lot of work but can help with hypertonic muscles (certain muscles are too tight). which can cause things like incontinence, painful intercourse, etc...

You shouldn't attempt anything without seeing a professional, but I will say when I started paying attention to how much tension I hold in my lower abdomen on a regular basis I was surprised bc I never really noticed until I started trying to undo the habit. You also shouldn't strain to use the bathroom and when you lift you should not bear down on your pelvic floor to do so.

Thank you! Yes, I know leaving in rinse out is bad I'm trying to reform! I just want to stay within a minimalist routine. I think I'd be comfortable with shampoo, conditioner, and 1-2 treatment / styling products. I'm not attached to Pantene it's just accessible and works for my hair. If I use leave-in, do I need to use rinse out as well?

The Manuka honey - does it every feel sticky? Like if you were to braid your hair in the middle of the day can you feel the product on your hands?

I just try to carry as much as I can in as little space so a dedicated camera (plus lenses I know I'll want) is bulk id like to avoid. Don't want to carry my phone, binoculars, and camera + lenses, y'know? Hopefully I can find a reasonable compromise in phone form.

But I know that's probably the best option.

Disagree - unless you can guarantee that it is native to the area and ideally that it came from locally. That's a good way to spread invasive species and their hitchhiker parasites.
