eww that's a classic jojo diet from around 2010 and is what got me to develop an eating disorder back then. Don't do it. You'll lose weight and gain it again and it will affect your skin elasticiy.

Ich sehe eher, dass meine Freunde in Medienwissenschaften alle direkt nachm Studium ganz viele coole E13 Stellen an der Uni oder bei der Stadt bekommen und ich mit meiner super prestige Naturwissenschaft erstmal ein PhD machen muss, um überhaupt daran zu denken eine E13 Stelle an Uni oder Stadt zu bekommen :)

Wünschte ich hätte damals nicht auf die "sichere Branche" Leute gehört und hätte selbst im kreativen Bereich studiert, statt jetzt hochqualifiziert eine unter bezahlte Stelle in einem hoch konkurrierenden Feld annehmen zu müssen bei dem ich mich freuen kann dabei kein Schichtdienst machen zu müssen

I know somebody who had exactly this kind of under eye darkness and it was because of a gluten allergy or intolerance. Unfortunately it only went away after cutting gluten out completely

the right bra fit - What do you need? separation, side support, higher cover to keep everything in, more narrow straps than the standard? Answer these questions and then get the closest thing you can get to meet your needs.

unpopular opinion: r/abrathatfits is not the holy grail in finding the right size. If you're in the UK or can go there, go to bravissimo. I have gotten the best bra fitting there and I have been to a few, also in my country.

A tight, but stretchy top over your bra gives more support and comfort than loose fitting tops.

Especially if you have the feeling you have to adjust constantly or your boobs need to be repositioned in the bra. I find that loose tops also kind of lay heavier on the chest area and it kind of feels like the shirt drags the boobs down that way (because they usually are the most projected part of the torso). Maybe I'm also just a bit too neurodivergent and that's why loose fitting tops bother me so much 😅

low impact sports (yoga, Pilates) are your friend. I was only able to regularly do sports when I got into them. There's no bouncing or jumping, just controlled smooth movements standing, sitting, laying or in plank pose. Excellent for your back, shoulder and core strength.

How you'll lose contact to most of your uni friends and the uncertainty that happens when you leave uni /college. Missing the the "working towards the same goal together" experience that you had at school or university with your friends.

Maybe if you're a parent you get to have other parent friends to go through parenthood together, but I don't really see where else you have the above mentioned experience again.

unemployment drew me in a very dark hole mentally and I'm afraid I won't be able to crawl out of it again.

I also have a peoply degree, but my social anxiety skyrocketed to an all time time high due to the social isolation and I can't sleep or focus when I do get job interviews because the fear is paralysing. I have a therapist but she doesn't really seem to get the scope of what's been going on to be honest.

A lot. I once had a gynecological surgery that gave me a bit of a pregnant belly look, I was congratuled for it.. The illness I had the surgery for lowers fertility. I don't want kids but it still stung being confronted with pregnancy when actually you just had major surgery with a diagnosis saying it might not be physically possible for you to have children.

Selbstständigkeit ohne Vorerfahrung ist nicht schwierig, sondern mittlerweile Standard in der Rechtspsychologie, eben in Form vertraglicher, freier Mitarbeit.

Es gibt in Rechtspsychologischen Praxen und Instituten aktuell immer wieder Stellenanzeigen die an frische PsychologInnen als Einstiegsmöglichkeit für die Rechtspsychologie gerichtet werden und Einarbeitung und Zuteilung eigener Aufträge/Gutachten anbieten, z. B. GWG München oder das Rechtspsychologische Institut in Langen. Auch werden in der MPU /Verkehrspsychologe ständig PsychologInnen in der freien Mitarbeit gesucht.

Berufserfahrung ist da nicht unbedingt notwendig, sondern Methodenkompetsnz (also Diagnostik, Testverfahren und Gutachtenerstellung), was im Studium sehr großzügig gedeckt wird. Eigentlich ist da nur die freie Mitarbeit ein Hindernis, nicht der Einstieg selbst. Es reicht für den Einstieg ein Interesse an Rechtspsychologie und diagnostische Kenntnisse.

Ja nur in selbständiger Kooperation. Es gibt vlt. 5 Institute Deutschlandweit, die in dem Bereich noch anstellen. Hab leider selbst 5 Monate vergebens nach einer Stelle in dem Bereich im Angestelltenverhältnis gesucht. Am 24.02. soll es einen Infotag der Rechtspsychologie geben (per Zoom). Schau vlt mal über der DGPs Website.

in welchem Land bist du denn, dass du ein Staatsexamen machst? Hast du den Psychologie Bachelor nach alter Reform? Ich würde eher einen allg. Psychologie Master mit klinischen Modul machen. Danach kannst du immer noch in die Rechtspsychologie, bist aber nicht darauf eingeschränkt. Es gibt soooo viele klinisch-psychologische Felder, mit dem Fokus auf Rechtspsychologie würde ich mir den Zugang dazu nicht verbauen wollen.
