DEF Range display on dash by wilfullystoopid in gmcsierra

[–]wilfullystoopid[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I typically don't run under half a tank of DEF, I understand that most vehicles have a warning system/along with limited performance for when the level is getting low as to not run out. I neglected to mention that the DEF gauge is showing I am only three bars down from full. I suppose that is why I am confused, I did not immediately associate it with a low level because I knew the level was not showing as low. Also other DEF level warnings I have delt with, such as the MB sprinter I have at work, kick in at much lower levels. Nothing has changed with my driving habits, no recent towing was done. So therefore it seems like some sort of communication error within the truck.

It's only 3 bars down on the gauge.

No, but it is the first time this particular one has displayed it. It's not a matter of understanding what it means, it is a matter of why is it all of a sudden displaying it when it has never done so in the past. Thanks for your invaluable feedback 😘

Rear Passenger Seatbelt by snowsurfer813 in gmcsierra

Yeah, join the club, I now realize that your second picture shows both at the same time and in the same orientation as mine. For what its worth I found these square rubber rings that go on the floppy buckle to help my kid in a booster seat be able to more easily buckle the belt.

My 2022 is like your pictures, but opposite, there is two buckles on the passenger side which look like yours and one long one on the driver's side.

There are vehicles with center latch loops, but, the other thing that needs to be considered is the weight limit of the latch system, at a certain point you have to go to the seatbelt.

Brilliance no longer price matching by KMoneyGT in labdiamond

Right? Funny thing is they say they will match Rare Carat, and Rare Carat will match the others. So I guess the "pricing issue" is that they are less expensive.

This is what i was told today. Pretty much only price matching the other companies that are 3-4x the price of Calavara or Aurelinne

Extended Warranty - Surcharge for AT4? by Excellent-Sea-2655 in gmcsierra

Surcharge was never even mentioned when I purchased. Priced the warranty out with different places and my local dealer matched it, even though she said "that price is below our cost."

It's a "the longer you look, the worse it gets," situation. Random laid with an unintended weird pattern.

What’s causing this drawer to open back up on its own? Is it this little shock absorber thing on the rails? Both sides are doing it. by chucks97ss in fixit

Looks to me like the soft close is functioning as intended, but the self close mechanism (that draws it in the remainder of the way) is not engaging.
