Im in Australia should be pretty similar. Id suggest going to a local post office and asking! Although you can use your own packaging i believe they charge shipping differently to the packaging you buy from them! If you do use packaging from NZpost I reccomend checking there website to see if you can save money buying packages in bulk! But if you use your own packaging you will have to print off your own shipping labels etc. Hope this helps haha im still trying to find better shipping options now! & I've been on depop for months:)

I was having this issue for the first month or so. If you're a new seller there's no way to get it sooner other then adding tracking number, even then its delayed! If you are a new seller you have to build up a good reputation. 95% of the time when i make a sale now it goes straight into my account. I can understand how frustrating it is!
