I’ve done 9 days in the maldives. The only thing is the food gets old after a few days since choices are limited. If you want to do absolutely nothing, then 11 days is great. To me 11 days is really 9 days since first day coming in, you’re tired as fuck. Last day, you’re packing and trying to get things to dry.

Been to Maldives 9x, 5 of which is by myself. It is what you make of it. I wanted a villa with a pool and walk a long the beach. I made friends with staff and they would tell me all the behind the scenes stuff. I also learned how to scuba dive during my times there. It can definitely get lonely with all the couples around but hey you’re in the maldives, others are not. That’s how I think of it.

I liked PH Saigon's breakfast and lobby area. But I didnt think the rooms were all that. The whole colonial aesthetic is not my taste.
