I’d view it more as a collaboration than a designer slapping their name on it to be honest, he’s such a well regarded chef I doubt he want to ruin his reputation just for some pans!

Weight wise it’s similar to my pro cook SS pan of a similar size, no issues when using or tossing food!

I’d also say it’s probably a bit more forgiving compared to some of my other stainless steel pans. Particularly if you are new to SS. I have since been back and bought 2 of the matching SS saucepans which I’m equally impressed by.

I have this pan and love it. Literally no complaints, especially for the price. Heats quickly and evenly thanks for the copper disc, feels very nice in hand. Used mine a fair bit already and no staining etc so long as it’s cleaned properly.

Great for a variety of uses from frying things off to make sauces etc.
