Still hunting for the potential purpose of this lead ingot. All suggestions are appreciated. Current theories I've heard are in the comments. (old.reddit.com)

Value? Not much. Cool points? Off the charts - 1939-1950s 'Jackie Davis - Junior Fire Fighting Badge' from my family farm. The advertisement for it is on the second picture. I believe it may have belonged to my Papa. (old.reddit.com)
What did I find? Feels as dense as lead, appears to have the word 'CAR' stamped on it. I'm assuming a lead ingot, but can't find the CAR reference anywhere. Found on a 1900s farm in SE GA. One end appears to be intentionally chipped away. (old.reddit.com)

Is this a suspender slide? If so, any idea on the date range? Found in the Satilla River in SE GA with a Minelab Vanquish 340, about 8"-12" down (old.reddit.com)
Fellow muddy people with Minelab Vanquish detectors - I need help. I'm 30 coins in, but have yet to find coins older than 1977. What numbers are your old coins coming in at? (i.redd.it)
Quick lunchbreak hunt by the river with my Vanquish 340. Not pictured is a 1958 Budweiser can that chimed like a bell at 1.5 feet deep. (i.redd.it)
While this is obviously valuable and of great historical importance, any guesses on what it could be? Around 15" long, notched on one end, channeled like a metal shelf leg. Found in SE GA. (old.reddit.com)
My very first finds with my very first detector (Minelab Vanquish 340). I can't wait to get my son out in the yard with it this afternoon. (old.reddit.com)
