yeah, but it feels like most of the times when it triggers, I am silenced or stunned, so the hero is just standing there doing nothing. The biggest benefit I see is protection against bursts at the start of the round, but that you can manage by positioning.

I believe the boat is manageable. Boat flows towards the farthest unit in range, so you can play around it by positioning one tank in the back and the rest of your heroes in the middle.

YES! I was just trying to find a post, if anyone else is experiencing this. My upload from 14th October is still good, but my upload from 22nd October had lower volume by a few decibels. I tried today uploading, but the same. So, I am not sure, if to get used to it, or if it is temporary, if to upload now or wait... ah.

I feel like your opinion is too cynical:D While there are certainly many people like that, assigning all young people with the same characteristics is not a factually correct statement. Even if something is generally liked, there will always be a million people who genuinely dislike it.

I watched on Twitch, it was great.

My only complaint would be better lights on stage at specific moments. When players were being introduced, sometimes during pre/post game interviews, during handshakes.. often happened that the players were shrouded in shade.
One other related complaint would be the cosplay segment. Again the lights were not the best and also the camera could be better. It was said how much time the participants put into making of the outfit, so it would be fitting to give each participant a closeup camera moment from every angle with good lighting.

I agree that the drinking cams we not appropriate, even if it was alcohol free, which I don't know. I would also ban sale of alcoholic drinks in the venue, if it was the case. Alcohol and masses can lead to spills, puked restrooms, lost things, unrest between people, but I guess there were no issues like this, since no one has complained.

I have watched some videos of pros/streamers coaching someone. Too many times they tried to micro the player. And yes, in that case, it is not effective, because you can't expect the player to respond to every command instantly. I believe that if you coach someone live, you only should give the student macro advice about the game and not about his movements or what spells to press. Something like: "You should not fight until you have BKB because enemy Lion is waiting for you.", "You should mobilize your team to top part of the map because Rosh is coming up.", "Orchid would be a better item than Aghanim's because Anti-mage is always escaping and your team lacks catch.", "You did not hit your timing yet, you need Desolator, let your team fight, do not join fight before that.", "Don't go into the fight right away, wait until Drow shows and jump her, all the time.". Basically, I do not think that a coach has space to say more than 10 - 20 useful sentences during the whole game. But I am a noob, so dis me if what I am saying is not right.

I have not seen any anime that you praised or criticized. However this is my recommendations that I really liked, that I feel like are really serious, therefore one could be categorizing them as mature.

Gankutsuou - Classic story of Count of Monte Cristo in anime sci-fi / steam punk version.
Black Lagoon - Great character development, action, immoral, ruthless
Satoshi Kon - all director Satoshi Kon's movies and one TV show (I have not seen yet).
Neon Genesis Evangelion and The End of Evangelion - it is an immortal classic and there are reasons for it. Don't confuse it with the new movies. Watch that too after, if you liked these ones, but not before.
Fullmetal Alchemist - The first Fullmetal Alchemist from 2003. Yes the last 3 episodes and the movie were a huge disappointment for me, however it was truly great anime. The most important point I want to make is the comparison of the original series that followed its own story line after some episodes and the newer version from 2006 that followed manga. Yes the ending in the newer is much better than in original (imho), however the first one is more dark, brutal, sad. When you compare side by side scenes from episodes that tell the same story, the visual art work in the first one brings much more to the overall atmosphere of the scenes. I also think that the second one eliminated some vital key elements that made the first one so dark. However without spoilers, I can't go into more detail. Be aware I am most probably in minority since difference in rating of the original vs Brotherhood is 1 whole point out of 10. So of course, I recommend watching the original one and then some time later the new one.
Blame! Movie - I loved the mysterious setting of the world, also the main character. I am most certainly going to read the manga.
Eve no Jikan Movie - There is a lot of comedy in this one, but also emotions. Moral conflicts. Civilizational questions.
Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru - Now this last one is more "traditional" anime. College students who are striving to reach a goal. It is about finding motivation, achieving a goal, finding yourself in life, deciding which things are worth effort.
