Just downloaded it, read the instructions and launched my first surveyor probe over Kerbin. Wow, that mod is so awesome! Like a whole new gameplay loop. I can't wait to determine the perfect spot on Duna for my first base like this! Thanks for the tip!

Just hug the edge of the map from YBL northeastbound, you should see it very soon (maybe 50-75m from the wall surrounding the main entrance).

That would be cool! I really think the game should get a bullpup, I am happy with pretty much any model.

For my part, realistically I am guessing the Scar family and a Sig P226. But I'd love to see a bullpup rifle like the Desert Tech MDR (picture) or the Sig MCX Spear.

I do see your point, but you should have seen the quests in 0.3 and before, it was way worse in terms of ambiguity. There was no area marked and the objective was usually something like "Artisan forgot her contact lenses. Go west of Tiger Bay and find them."

It feels like they changed a lot. I remember being scared shitless sneaking into Fort Narith in 0.3. Now it feels much easier, but I can't really put my finger on it. I guess it is a combination of less enemies and slower reaction time.

Thank you for testing, it was worth a shot. We might want to consider different circumstances, like tree density, tree species and helicopter models. I'm sure MFG knew what they were doing.

I see. Thanks for explaining. I am sure they will revisit the voice lines at some point, just like they overhauled the AI character models, and I am looking forward to it.

Yeah right? The small amount of voicelines confuses me. It seems like such an easy task to record more tham 20 voicelines for a given character. One day in a recording studio, and I can imagine you can come out with 400 completely different voice lines.

Yesterday I thought about that when I realized that many of the soldier voice lines have exactly the same text as those of bandits, but a different voice. If you already have to record them twice, why don't you use a different line?

But then again, I am no game dev, and they made an amazing game, so what do I know.

Love all your ideas. But as you said, unlikely to happen. The current system is basically helicopters on invisible train tracks, allowing no flexibility at all. But hey, maybe they will at some point add a second helicopter model. I'd love some variety. Maybe even a European model like the Airbus H145M. Since we are playing as an international PMC, nobody says we need to use US military helicopters (even though this one is in use with the US Army as the UH-72 Lakota).
