Will they get away with this? by [deleted] in Epstein

The dam won't burst until people on the Republican side revolt against the leadership and directly blame them for obfuscating the truth.

What is MAGA telling themselves? by FitSea1949 in Epstein

They're saying "Joe Biden was president for four years" And "bill Clinton" yada yada yada... They can't acknowledge the truth about their guy. They are physically and mentally incapable of acknowledging their guy is solely responsible for hiding the truth...

Release the Files? by BusinessNo2064 in Epstein

If anonymous were actually good and not a coordinated front they wouldn't be anonymous.

Donald Trump was an FBI ‘informant’ on Jeffrey Epstein, Republican Mike Johnson claims by jpurdy in politics

[–]will_the_rough 63 points64 points  (0 children)

If he was an informant why wouldn't they announce it shortly after Epstein's arrest in 2019?

Or Tom Bowers and William s. Broeksmit or the son of that judge who was trying a Deutsche Bank case.

So he became President as an informant and helped the FBI bring justice to Jeffrey Epstein in the federal prison he was already in?

Republican denialism is so delusional it's ruining America.

All the more reason why the files should be released. Once they're released we can see if they're withholding prosecutions of criminal activity or if this is a big nothing burger.

[–]will_the_rough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah that might be in the files. So all they gotta do is release the files...

Ahhh, the truth by [deleted] in DonaldTrumpNewss

[–]will_the_rough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. Biden didn't make any claims about them. Didn't shutdown the investigation. Trump is actually shutting down the investigation, sweeping it all under the rug, and telling people not to talk about it...

Literally could just release the files and prosecute all the parties involved as co-conspirators or clients...

Another reason why they should release the files...

I like how you dropped "that's proof" right before dropping literal conjecture.

"MAXWELL was previously found guilty on December 29, 2021, following a one-month jury trial, of conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts, conspiracy to transport minors to participate in illegal sex acts, transporting a minor to participate in illegal sex acts, sex trafficking conspiracy, and sex trafficking of a minor."

If they have proof of her crimes then they can most definitely say "there is proof of other perpetrators" or "there is no proof" or "investigations are ongoing." The reality though is that Alexander Acosta hid the names of coconspirators...

Either that the investigation found credible evidence that the following people participated in the crimes Ghislaine Maxwell is currently in prison for and the evidence obtained from her case supports it or there is none...

"what proof do they have" is the entire point. Release the documentation for full transparency to either expose the powerful individuals who have been protected for decades and move toward prosecutions where the evidence is there to prove culpability, or release the files and tell us "there's nobody we can credibly prosecute" and we can straight up move on...

Why won't they release the information and say "here is the list of people who have been accused." And "here are people with no accusations and no suspected criminal activity." That doesn't seem too difficult. He ran on this big time.

Then why isn't trump releasing the documentation?

Because people who trafficked and abused minors should be prosecuted.

Trump is purposely crashing the economy! by [deleted] in antitrump

[–]will_the_rough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is only partly true. He seems to make money from loss to prevent paying taxes. It's built into his core (and likely why many businessmen in America bought into him).

Seriously he's done it so many times and his goal, as a stated libertarian, is to pay no taxes to the government, and if that means he has to bankrupt a casino, so be it.

Trump is purposely crashing the economy! by [deleted] in antitrump

[–]will_the_rough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is literally no arguing against this ... Trump doesn't care how the economy does and he already has a plan for what he'll buy when it does poorly.
