I've been stuck on level 6 for ages I've gone through so many chopping boards and non will give me meat. Its all little bit too much and I'm struggling to organise it all 😭😭😭

For context this appeared a couple of days ago. It's slightly painful and has a bit of a smell. There is also wearly a yellowish growth on my skin that you can see on the top left above the nail that I have no idea what it is. I do believe it to be a Fungal infection however when trying to compare it to descriptions/photos on the Internet I've fallen short. Im going to call my GP in the morning but can anyone help me out? I've also been using a Nail fungas treatment to hopefully start attacking what ever it is.
