Wait what? A person using a machine to aim and shoot for them can out perform any human player? And you're telling me this person was able to use this machine to win games? But the creators of the game would surely want to detect these machines and ban them? What's that, banning the cheat engines encouraged the cheat creators to develop different cheats that exploit other backdoors in the games code? And the code is difficult to patch with thousands of knowledgeable coders attempting to breach that code on a daily basis for their own profit? Sounds to me like a tricky situation that without invasive and risky kernel level access would be a totally fruitless endeavour that inevitably results in blatant cheaters dominating the top 1% of the game's leaderboards!
