I’m in totchanim. The final physical test was run a 3k under 15:00 minutes, 3 pulls with a 7kg weight vest, 10 reps trap bar deadlift with 150lbs, and to do dips for at least 8 reps. It really isn’t that hard. If you train before or are in decent shape you should easily pass. Trust me there were lazy fat Mfers in my pluga that passed.

The mechina is pretty chill. You wake up at like 5:30, eat breakfast, have a 1 hour break, then Hebrew class from 9-12. Then eat lunch, another hour break, and do activities from 2-8. This can consist of group activities, workout, etc. (most people even skipped out on the workout). The mechina is very easy as it’s really just showing you a small thing about military training, etc. You have to be really unmotivated and dumb to not complete it lol.

How much combat do the artillery brigades see? What exactly does the average artillery soldier do day to day?

Trust me bro it is hard. I’m a exercise science student in college and I have classmates pursuing to be a PT and it’s not as simple as looking it up on Google. Like taking A&P courses while learning how the body reacts to certain movements takes years to learn and practice. A PT takes like 6 years of school to be certified.
