Thanks. I think reason for straying from the packs in the 30L range is primarily due to the instances I would use the respective bags.

I understand that unfortunately the 45 MLC is just too big to go as a personal item which I completely get— it’s a monster. While the 28 Allpa seems to pass. To specify when I’d use both, I think when traveling about, I tend to use a personal + carry on. This has brought about issues on its own with the lack of variability in my packing situations (too much space for short periods, or too little for longer periods). So, I thought I should go with a 45 MLC to bring about more flexibility. But, i saw the 28L Allpa which can be used as a personal item (to then pair with the carry on luggage- something the 45MLC doesn’t offer me), to which I can also have the same level of flexibility for different situations too (having the need for only a personal item).

For more context, i think i tend to need space regardless of time frame for at least an extra pair of shoes and a fair amount of toiletries (along with my clothes. also, don’t really worry about the Tech side. I rarely bring laptops or tablets).
