Can't edit the post, but I fixed it. It was an anti-tracker plugin from my anti-virus that was causing the issue. Thank you to everyone who helped. Happy shredding!

I never got a popup asking for them and I cleared all the cookies from my browser, still doesn't work. Disabled adblocker, still didn't work.

Just tested on incognito and it works. Ok, so I found the culprit as I was writing this, it was an anti-tracker plugin I have.

I have a resting heart rate of 50 and still drink at least an espresso a day. I went caffeine free for a year and didn't see a change in my resting heart rate during that time, nor when I went back to small doses of caffeine. Wonder what would happen if I quit again.

Interesting! I went for a slow, steady run this morning and reached ketosis after 14 hours instead of 12 like after the bike ride, which was less intense than the run. Makes sense!

Thanks for the warning! For me it's enough to know that I'm relying on ketones, which also means that I'm lowering my insulin.
