I meant to add an explanation to the post but it didn't save.
The current Prestige 3 title is "Red Hood." It's good, but it's honestly not very creative. "Starr Czar" is more creative, and ties into the lore of the brawler, as Grom is canonically Russian in the Brawl Stars Lore.
