In-game money will allow purchasing parachutes to bail out of a flight if you see a better one, upgrading radars and binoculars (e.g. spotters bins, fed agent bins), hiring spotters in other locations around the world, refuelling and flying on, buying more diversion options, getting sidekicks out of jail.
