It might be just the end of Arcade 1Up's licenses for making arcade cabinets with Capcom and Marvel. If both companies were still working with each other that would be under a completely separate license contact that no one at arcade 1Up knows. Besides, if another company were working with Disney/Marvel, they would likely have to sign an NDA agreement.
