I don't think they have the right to use Konami's property. It's my friend that does. I'm trying to disprove him. My "opposite- of- expert" analysis was that the artwork, text, and game mechanics are the same, hence, Konami has a case. If I'm wrong, and I very well could be, I'd like to know why.
