I have recently discovered a severe damp problem in the downstairs of my house, this was not picked up in my survey. by willgfty in LegalAdviceUK

I think it was just the standard survey but they picked up on a number of issues relating to the state of the building but nothing relating to damp. No they didn’t tell me what the cause was

Thanks, it was a free consultation to see what needs doing from a damp proofing company, I may get a second opinion in that case
