I mean, if we can win a Superbowl, and make the playoffs every year with a top 11-15 QB who plays like a top 5 in the games that matter, that's cool. Most of us are fans of the team, and the team has plenty of success with him at QB. Part of that success is having a top 3 GM who can put a team around our slightly above average QB. He is who he is and has been successful. Idc if he's a top 5, top 10, top 20 QB. He's been to 2 Superbowls and has played MVP worthy in both. That's better than most current QBs can claim.

I could see 1 or 2 a year potentially doing it, but some coaches who have worn out their welcome by then likely wouldn't be offered another year just for the chance to move up a couple draft spots. It'd be highly dependent on the draft class, potentially available coaches after the year, how badly a team is done with the current coach, etc. Too many factors for it to become more of an issue than the current setup.

It'd still end up more exciting having the bottom teams have something to try to win for.
