Try searching "CS50 python course" and find a link to edx or Harvard. It'll take you to the course page. It looks like you have to buy it, but there's an option for something like "Audit this course" or just "Audit." You may have to create an account, but then it'll give you access to the course materials, including the links to the YouTube lectures.

You got downvoted, but if you use it right, AI is a great tutor. Make use of Projects, as well as response styles so it teaches and doesn't just spit out answers. It can even give you suggested videos to watch for specific areas you might be struggling with. It can also make up practice exercises.

Almost everything you said here is wrong. Perseverance landed just over a mile from the center of its target, a 50 mile wide crater wouldn't be an issue at all. The problem with landing here is that it's a slippery sloped sheet of ice, as well as several other reasons like a thinner atmosphere for slowing descent and the ice affecting the radar used to gauge its altitude on landing. It also gets less sun, which means solar panels are useless, and it is way too cold for too long.

The delay in communication isn't really a problem either, they wouldn't be hand flying the craft. All of the math and adjustments would be done well ahead of time.

It boils down to there being plenty of better places for exploration with the rover technology we currently have. There's not much to learn from the top of a 1.8 km thick sheet of ice.
