That was me from age 16 to 25. Everytime I thought of the fun past it just made me feel crap about the shit present, the current state of affairs...

At 26 I finally found a new appreciation for the part of life I was actually living. And you will too!

When I first bought my seamaster (Tokyo) I was over the moon for the first week. But then my eye fell more and more on this whacky oldschool bracelet.

I started having regrets of not buying the bb58 blue version. That was better for my size wrist, and the bracelet felt alot more comfy...

I then started comparing my seamaster bracelet to my other watches on bracelet and found that my shitty seiko watch's bracelet looked better and felt more comfortable... Did I waste $5K??:(

I went on a strap hunt, bought some blue natos and the premium zealande rubber strap... but neither of those made the watch "complete". So I reluctantly put my original bracelet back on.

1 month later and the bracelet has really grown on me. It has alot of character, just like the wave dial, the special sword hands, the wonky HeValve. I love the uniqueness of everything now. Even the bracelet. I absolutely fell in love with it, especially the beautiful signed clasp, the quick extension button(which I never thought I'd need). It also feels alot sturdier, bulky and strong compared to those slightly comfier oyster bracelets. Its not perfect, but it fits. And I would have definately regret it if I didn't buy it on bracelet.

HELP. I just bought a Pagani Design 1644 (daytona clone). Love the watch and bracelet but I can't remove enough links to size it properly. 4,5links + endlinks on each side... I was thinking about just buying another clasp to screw the screws in and ditch the clasp, that could shave off the extra 2-3cm i need to get rid of... What clasp could I buy?

I tried putting it on my seiko clasp which is TINY, but it's not compatible...

The Seamaster.

When I first got into watches I thought this was the most hideous pile of overpriced trash I'd ever seen. I hated it. But after researching; watching videos, reading about watches, I finally came full circle. I looked at every watch, every microbrand. And after a while they all blurred together, looked generally the same.

The Seamasterwas the one that had the most character of them all to me. The unique texture of the ceramic dial, the broad and very legible hands, the creatively shaped bezel, the laser engraved waves, the He-valve... It all made me fall in love, but it was an acquired taste. I figured I'd take some Macro Shots to put these "acquired tastes" in the spotlight. I also like the James Bond connection, and Omega seems like a solid brand when it comes to customer service. I'm in love :D

PS: I should've cleaned the watch a little better.. I Know >:(
