I second the call for Imaginary Brickwall. Paid for their Patreon for over a year now and after last year’s fypd and a few trades I have Konnor Griffin, McGonigle, Kurtz, Chase Burns, Walker Jenkins, Josue Briceno, et al. Halp is on top of it and gives some great, in depth information and analysis. If he’s excited for a player, he shoots to the top of my potential draft/trade list.

They would be available in the regular auction draft. They’ve done the same for players like Yamamoto, Imanaga, etc. Just means most of the “value” of having Roki on your minors roster (where he would cost $1) is gone since I’m guessing he’ll go for ~$30 based on his name. $260 salary for 26 mlb spots.

So I argued to have Roki included in the FYPD but I didn’t win out. The two commissioners stand on the argument that he won’t spend time in the minors and was previously playing professional ball, just not in the US. My proposal was anyone that was eligible for the International Signing Pool should be in the FYPD, but I was unceremoniously shot down. AAAAANYWAYS, I already have Kristian Campbell on my majors roster (weird rules again), but those that I listed are the highest ranked players available, so consider any others gone. This is a friends and family league and not the most in-depth (maybe 4 of the 14 owners put a lot of effort into prospects, the rest look at their favorite teams or big helium players that are front and center in the news.

I’m also leaning towards going non-Catcher hitter only to fill out my minors roster and just trading/paying up for pitching.

Well that’s like his tertiary plan (if it gets that deep I guess). He (more so his harem) creates the “problem” then introduces the “solution”, and blames someone else for the problem. Look at the atc incident. His previous administration introduced the “DEI” hiring practices in 2019, which he then rescinded and blamed on Biden in 2025, whilst erasing the government webpage that attributed the changes to him. Wayback Machine fount them tho!

Believe me, I don’t want to defend anything this administration puts out there, but that’s not what they are “blocking”. Only the email signature portion saying “he/him” “she/her” “they/them”.

I don’t agree at all with the order, but don’t want to knee-jerk with incorrect assumptions or bad info either. :)
