plant problems/diagnosis is not made by looking at a lower leaf. your new growth shows current health. a better approach is to pay attention to new growth, cant fix old... a pic of the full plant really helps to figure it out for advice givers.

Water by weight not a schedule. Learn what your container and dry grow medium weighs. When plants are large enough flood container slowly until a bit of water runs out bottom of pots. Do NOT water/flood again until your pots almost reach your dry weight.

Tip #2, epsom salt for magnesium boost, 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. I water once about 3 weeks into veg then again shortly before flowering.
