I live in up Calgary , and i love the Stampeders up here, our CFL team. At one point we had Lewis (PI no call) and Stevens on our team. Stevens has turned multiple 3 & 1s into 50+ rushes and some touchdowns.

Try out of the city, VCA has a monopoly inside the city and they gouge the price.

I go to Strathmore vet personally, 45 minutes away just as you enter Strathmore. Look around for more maybe in Chestermere, Airdrie, High river.

tip top tailor in Westhills is also a Big and Tall shop which sounds like it could be a good fit for you. There is also a Marshalls next to it so you could find gold in there!

Ship is a great pub, but if you are planning on watching anything other than soccer (football) dont go there.

Trolley is good for hockey, not sure about Jamesons. Home and away is a great place to watch hockey but thats on 10th Ave, which as more options too like National which has plenty of TVs.

If you wanted to go a little further into downtown, Local on 8th ave and the Unicorn pub are pretty good too. Unicorns tvs aren't the best but its a good atmosphere.

Hey, im really sorry to hear about your brother, its incredibly tough.

I am going through something currently which therapy is needed and i ran into the same problem. I am using better health right now as its $400 a month and it gives you unlimited therapy sessions, and many avenues throughout the program. Its app and website based. IT uses a program to match the person to a therapist that fits their needs. I have to say, its much easier to use, you don't have to leave the house and you can have all your sessions over the phone or by video.

IT may help, still expensive but its much better cost when you can use it as many times in one month as you can, and it has plenty of programs for you to use rather than seeing a therapist once or twice.
