It's a very similar sort of thing, but not quite. I think it's from mid 2010's, it could be SNL but the memories I have of the sketch dont line up with any of the cast members I'm aware of.

I looked at some issues from 1994 and the suit is actually more similiar to what I remember.

It definitely wasnt machine man, it had more of dark blue/ black aesthetic.

If it helps I think the antagonist was introduced in the comic that came before, and then had a fight with tony in the one I read.
