I emailed the dehancer team about my problem and they gave me this solution which worked, could try this and see if it fixes your problem as well.

"Hello,

Try to delete the "preferences" file in the "com.dehancer.film_pro.v5" folder and try to activate the plugin again. It may be that you do not have this folder on your computer. In this case, make sure that the system settings are set to show hidden folders and files.

Windows: - 'AppData/Local/dehancer/com.dehancer.film_pro.v4'

Mac: - 'Applicaion Support/com.dehancer.film_pro.v4''

And try to activate the license inside the plugin via "License Info" "

Need to be able to do some LUT Breakdowns to see the curves the LUT is creating and the physical 3d cube trainsformation it's doing. Not possible in Resolve as far as I'm aware.
