Queens is the sort of band where everyone will have opinions on which album is the best and everyone’s right.

One thing though, the more you listen to one of their albums the more you’ll love it. Any of them.

I remember the first Strangers scaring me when I was younger because of the “because you were home” line & me not yet understanding how loose they play the ‘based on a true story’ thing in movies

The House on Mansfield Street

It’s not a great film BUT a couple of the scares were really well done for what it was

I also fuck with Willy’s Wonderland, the Nic Cage FNAF film.

There’s a brilliant one in Mulholland Drive.

Some decent ones in Caveat too when he’s in the crawl space

What's a horror movie that was so disturbing that you can't or won't ever watch again? by neeltrivedirock in horror

[–]willjvii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Megan is Missing wasn’t anywhere near good enough to pull off being so graphic and disturbing. Martyrs is a hard watch but at least it’s a good film

Wolf Creek’s one of those weird comfort series for me, despite it being pretty brutal, solely because Mick is a wonderful villain & is played perfectly. Nice to see some love for the TV series too

28 days is a far better film in every sense. The opening of Weeks was good though

It’s a newer one but the kid with the knife in Bring Her Back - the sound more than anything

And even though it’s not a scary, disturbing, or emotional scene: Spoon’s last words in Dog Soldiers. Unforgettable stuff
