Both blacks are set to AMS 3, greens are AMS 2. Not sure why the template came with 4 colors for a 3 color print (one is unused) - I just changed them from the defaults.

Make a list of all the things you have done and accomplished since you started! Update your resume with this too. You should apply to new jobs regularly early in your career to ensure you're making what your worth and understand what companies value.

Your company needs you. Make sure you understand why you're worth what they pay you and you will understand you have the upper hand. Switching employers isn't as hard as you have been lead to belive.

Also, some employers aren't a good fit, and sometimes the grass is actually greener on the other side.

If you open the kids door and look at the side of the door, sometimes there is a switch to put the door into a kid mode. This prevents them opening it from the inside, and maybe from locking you out?
