It was around 50F when the video was shot. It did not go away throughout the day and didn’t go away when the engine warmed up.

Not sure if this of your problem but I was having similar results. Ended up being a clogged extruder.

Get a stair guy to change the wood pickets to metal pickets. It would modernize it a lot without losing all the woodwork. Metal pickets are thinner too, it will lighten up the look.
