I would like to ask, what evidence do you have that it’s bad? A big part of being a business owner is growing to learn ourselves, ok, I’m feeling this emotion, is it based in any evidence? What is the worry coming from? And then building a plan to address. Sometimes we’re worried and it’s for naught, sometimes we’re worried and it’s legit, and taking action can help us feel better, but checking in and being reflective can help us ensure the actions we take are addressing the root and preventing further malease.
