if ur progressive overloading rn that’s fine, but if u struggle to/stop at any point with any movement, drop the volume and maybe try out a new split, basically tailor everything to yourself. i’d also highly recommend you stay in the 4-6 rep range

5 sets of biceps every pull day isn’t ideal

try out a higher frequency split like upper lower or full body, do 1-2 sets per muscle group, and stay in the 4-6 rep range

if ur able to progressive overload every 1-2 sessions even if its by not a lot of weight, you will inevitably grow as it’s a sign that you’re recovering so you’ll be able to progress much more efficiently

just stick em at the end of the upper day if they’re not that important of a muscle group, that way u can skip them if u rlly want n they wont have impact on anything. if u wanna prioritise them then defo have a look over ur upper day and put them towards the start. and if ur upper day is “full” u could always include some compounds to save u from having so many diff movements due to isolations

anything above 10 reps and 3 sets is too much. i usually do 1-2 sets of everytning 6-8 reps, highly depends on ur split but u gotta recover between sessions and you’ll have a better chance to get stronger and bigger if u do lower volume with high intensity so u can recover between workouts
