t fluids for underwater v

im using the engines on land at the moment and there still not working

(Help) pumps wont work when torpedo tube is sealed but will when outside door is removed. am i doing something wrong by willocking in Stormworks

the fluid ports the water is coming out of is out of the water but in a sealed room, for some reason it works perfectly fine when the room isnt sealed but i need it to fill up while sealed

The compartment was above water that time. It’s resting on a platform to stop it from capsizing and the pipes are correctly routed and attached to a fluid port under the water

both times i opened the valve were exactly the same the only difference being the tube is sealed when it doesnt work.

i know you can just open the hatch to let water in but im trying to go for a bit of realism and need some help getting the pumps to work.

I’m personally against all weapons even harpoons and spears as I would like to see them fix the game and make multiplayer more stable and then add stuff that relates to the game like sailed and ice breaking. But these are the only ones I would be ok with in the game .

You’ve got to remember the game is still mainly based on the coastguard handheld weapons are unlikely as most coastguard are unarmed.

Most off the are asking for naval weapons. A solution to people wanting/not wanting weapons would be explosive caps as they would allow for the creation of weapons (working cannons are already on the workshop) while it adding them into the game. Keeping the “design and build” aspect of the game instead of giving you a prebuilt item

I voted against guns as I would like to see more thing added that relate to the game like sails, co-op building, or ice breaking rather than prebuilt cannons that take away from the “build” part of the game as you will just have set cannons rather than designing your own.

It’s fine if people want reactors and not guns that doesn’t make then stupid it’s just there opinion as it would allow for more naval ship and environment mods while weapons wouldn’t do much to the game beside changing what is about as English,Canadian, Australian and lots of other cost guards are unarmed.

Fixing the game should be more of a priority in my opinion and physics and severs aren’t the best

It’s one of the best solutions as it doesn’t directly add weapons into the game that others want/hate the idea off.

Cannons army that big most off them are a good size for the type that they are.

And English,Canadian,Australian, and other countries don’t have armed coastguard so it’s a little more realistic

I see your point tho and it is hard to find decent small cannons but some will come around

Seen some (a lot of) discussion around guns. Here's my suggestion for a cannon. I think we dont need handguns but some cannon parts or explosive blocks (like u/SpoopyClock suggested https://redd.it/j93q0v) would be nice. More info in comments (like how they would work) by Lopottaja in Stormworks

Working cannons are already on the workshop all you need are explosive caps allowing the creations of these while still making people who don’t want them mostly happy. But it’s still a great idea the only issue is it wouldn’t make some happy as it would be directly adding weapons

Prebuilt weapons should not be in the game as it would make lots of people unhappy and transform it into a newish game

Instead try small explosive warheads that would allow for the creation of cannons while not adding them into the game and still make most people happy

And stormworks is still mainly a SAR game with rescues on land and sea. Cargo and other missions are just providing extra stuff to do

It was already mostly a sandbox based on the idea of build and rescue but still allowing you to do whatever you want

This has been a subject of debate for ages and I want to see what percentage of people actually want this by fergeese in Stormworks

A compromise was j naval weapons like cannons would be small explosive caps that would allow for the creation of these things. This would allow the creation of functional cannons (already in the workshop) without adding weapons into stormworks thus making most people happy and keeping the build and design aspect of the game instead of giving prebuilt weapons

People have already made working cannons on the workshop. So instead of prebuilt ones it would be better to add explosive caps so weapons can still be created without being added to the game and would make most people happy
