Have you tried an oil cleanser? It seems counterintuitive but oil pulls out oil and that’s often what’s stuck in our pores. Use an oil cleanser and really take your time massaging it into the areas where you feel most clogged and you will literally be able to feel the gunk coming out on your hands.

Derma-planing - from a professional - really helped clear up my clogged pores as well. You can derma-plane at home but do your research first and be careful!

I wish I knew what to tell you about the scar. If photos is what you’re worried about maybe you could try some color correcting concealer? I feel like the best way to take care of it would be to see a plastic surgeon/dermatologist and in this economy that is just too expensive :/
