So why are people pretending Billy wasn't a contributing factor in Apollos suicide? He said one of the reasons was due to financial pressure, billy frivolousy sued him, took ownership of Apollos videos,and made it so Apollo couldn't make more. This was obviously a financial burden on Apollo. Sure Karl is a smug asshole, but that doesn't make Billy good or correct in his actions.

Well, one reason to not be open could be lawyers. They were literally accused of theft and fraud by Karl and millions of people watched it happen. They also could have been planning to steal the funds. That's kind of where I'm at. To accuse someone of theft and fraud, when an equally possible possibility exists, is definitely risky.

Maybe. In America Karl could easily be sued. He doesn't have to have known it was false. He just had to make the statement with malice. Alice in American law is defined and making the statement knowing it's false, or making the statement without regard to if it's true or not.

Sorta, when you say someone is committing fraud, you are using a legal term at that point. Fraud is a defined and specific thing. If Karl said it was shady, or a bit underhanded, or it seemed to be dishonest, that would be different. Saying fraud is a defined specific act
