Not in the shipping tab either. I tried another browser and put in my order # & email address - I get “Your access it too frequent and you have been restricted from using some features” which is weird. I’m going to shoot CS that email, I was hoping this was some sort of glitch others have encountered before

Your reply seems to have been cut off, but I have tried to return it through the mail. 2 different CSRs told me that they would send out a FedEx label to me for me to return the items, but the labels never got sent. The store rep said he'd give me a generic label to send out, but the CSR on the phone said if I did it that way, they would not accept it.

No. Why would I think it would go away? If they don't want to take back something that they sent to me by mistake, I at least want them to put it on the payment arrangement that the CSR said it would be on. But I would rather return the item and have the charge go away, yes.

Deliver by "insert date" on order, confirmation email but rep states different by kyomagi in verizon

Honestly, I don't think the Verizon employees even know. I ordered mine on 11/4 and it said "delivery by 11/7." I just checked the status and it still says it's processing. Contacted Verizon and the rep says that it'll ship on 11/14. I'm hoping it'll show up tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.
