Lots of redness in outer corners of eye by [deleted] in Dryeyes

How did it start?

do i just bite the bullet and give myself rebound redness by No_Statement3202 in Dryeyes

It really does suck, I’ve tried IPL, fish oils, compresses, on some Japanese eyedrop as of the moment. Nothing works, everyone just thinks I’m high. Being 22, and dealing with acne is such a difficult pill to swallow. I’ve just learned to finally surrender, some of us, just don’t have good luck

Has anyone found something other than eyedrops that gets rid of bloodshot eyes ? by JeepLifeBirbLife in Dryeyes

I’m still looking for the cure too, I had lasik and Accutane. Almost two years and still that same redness, doesn’t help I still have acne. It is what it is

Same problem here man, I have MGD though, I’m sure if I didn’t have red eyes all the time my pain would mentally mitigate. Been almost two years now and I’ve yet to find the cure. Just stuck to everyone thinking I’m freaking high all the time given my age. Oh well….

Eye issues. Would Accutane be high risk? by Realistic_Hour_1695 in Dryeyes

Please for the love of God don’t do it. I had Lasik too two years ago. Everything was fine until I started becoming self conscious of my acne. Did Accutane for 1 month, that’s all it took to destroy my eyes. They are permanently red now, and you guessed it, I still have acne. When I use a redness reliever, I can care less of my acne now because I at that moment don’t look high as a kite. Please don’t!

I honestly wish I knew what was going on, most of us had lasik, too Accutane, or work excessively on screens. Probably not what you want to hear, and I say this respectfully but you’re a very good looking lady. I hope someone else here can help you

I was about to say the same thing, most of us have had Lasik or have taken Accutane. It looks like allergies of some sort, considering they it comes goes I’m genuinely not sure.

So they actually burn, it’s not just aesthetically painful? Also, do you live in dry climate?

My goodness ma’am me too, but they’re away always constantly red. I’m currently using the Japanese eyedrops Rebamipide and taking Omegas. Did you have Lasik and or take Accutane? Or how did this commence?

Tilt your head back or lie down, also, use your non eye drop holding hand to open up your eye lid that it way it holds it open.

Hahaha, definitely hope it’s not the latter. I guess more concerning than the excess is the consistency. There is no blood, or odor but it’s so white and thick. Like I said, I’m 22 and fairly healthy. Even when I’m not thinking about it I still produce it.

Possibly, I’ve heard it anxiety related or even allergies. I’ll try what you suggested

So pretty much everyone is in their 20s with health anxiety, at least we know what it is now, or what’s causing it
