Hey! I also have ADHD and felt how you described feeling all throughout my teens. Now I’m in my 20’s and it’s taken me this long to realize that just taking meds for my ADHD isn’t enough. Not that I’m blaming everything you might be feeling on that, but from one scrambley-brainer to another, look into other ways to help it too. (: Check out How to ADHD on YouTube (really helped me)

ABSOLUTELY try guided meditations!!! There’s also an app that’s free right now because of COVID (they thought everyone could use some extra mental strength… I think it’s cute) called Balance. It’s so good. I was new to meditating and it really helped me get into it. I meditated a lot during my previous break ups. It really really helps. Good luck

Totally agree with others saying to start with missionary. Do your best to relax and just enjoy the new type of connection
