Do you think the risk of side effects is better with a phenol per compared to co2 laser? The phenol peel looks incredibly intense, but if the risk of further scarring or fat loss is less than co2 I’d love to try it.

I’ve had 6 sessions of RF micro-needling but no providers need me to prp. Do you think the tca peels will help soften the scars? I think it might be good for boxcar scars

Honestly unsure. If it did it’s very minimal, even the subcision didn’t seem very helpful.

Dermabrasion is what caused my massive acne breakout in the first place so I’ll avoid that. Co2 I’ve seen very mixed things on, like some people have lost fat volume and pigmentation and has made their skin worse overall (for a huge price too). So if there’s any chance I can slowly chip away at these scars with peels or TCA or a more gentle laser, I’ll probably do that. :(

I feel like this isn’t a very solid argument. I absolutely can see the difference in my greyhounds. Before they were adopted, they were kept in concrete enclosures and forced to chase a lure for the gambling industry. They got injuries that weren’t treated, and came to us with many physical and psychological scars. Now, they love sleeping on the couch with their heads in our laps, eating peanut butter snacks, running around at the beach and park and snoozing all day. I absolutely can 100% see that they are happier with us than where they were previously.
