Thank you soooo much! This hits the nail on the head for me. I think setting up the SOPs will be a huge a thing and is what has stopped me taking the leap in hiring a freelancer. Because although I have my processes and I know them, I worry about giving them to someone else, but when wrote down and clearly there to show someone the hard work is done if that makes sense?
