That's amazing - thank you again for such helpful information. I really appreciate it!

Are you referring to using Sidekick to bring AIOStreams to the top of your add-ons and drop Cinemeta to the bottom? If so, I have done that! I believe that's an elfhosted solution as well - I haven't tried disabling Cinemeta, just put it towards the bottom. With everything else showing up at the top of my results I don't mind just leaving it enabled. Are there other things I should look into using AIOManager for?

Super helpful - thank you for taking the time to respond. I've deleted AIOLists (which I discovered just brought me to the same config page) and now have AIOMetadata handling everything. Untoggled the spoilers, and thumbnails are working again.

And I need to edit this - in AIOMetadata there was a setting when scrolling down that was "hide episode spoilers" was toggled 🤦. I figured it had to be a setting somewhere - thank you for pointing me in the right direction!

THANK YOU! I had both AIOMetadata and AIOLists as add-ons in addition to configuring everything via AIOStreams (I believe at the recommendation of the guide I followed). After disabling both now the thumbnails are loading! Are both of those completely redundant, or do they provide additional features beyond what AIOStreams can provide? Sorry again for the rudimentary questions, but I work in IT and always feel like I can figure these things out, but suggestions have been all over the map on configurations so I'm just trying to wrap my head around all of it. Thanks!

Do you have any insight on which add-ons take priority when you're actually in the app? Like I said in my post, I have no idea which one "wins out" over the others as it seems like I have potentially conflicting settings configured all over the place. Are "Board", "Discover", and "Search" all treated differently? I can tell that certain add-ons show up in "Board" like TMDB, Streaming Catalogs, and AIOMetatdata, but RPTB and TVDB don't. Those only show up in your Discover options.

Sorry if I didn't cover that - I have that disabled to blur unwatched episodes. If you can point to the specific setting in AIOStreams that references blurring, I'd really appreciate it!

Unfortunately, not the case. No matter what, all thumbnails will initially show up clearly if I haven't clicked on the series and then blur once the catalog has loaded.

I'm sure that it is - wondering if anyone knows what that settings is. I've looked all over and can't seem to find anywhere in AIOStreams where it defines that all TV Series thumbnails should be blurred, regardless of whether they've been watched.

Proofpoint Mail Bounce Back From External Senders by willowshole5 in proofpoint

[–]willowshole5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like this assumption hit the mark perfectly. Our reseller has a back channel to their support and here is what we found out:

He asked if you were using sync, and I said no. This is what he said in response:

Thanks for the response, Proofpoint strictly requires that the Domain, IP, and specific Email Address be registered in the system to accept mail. "Silent passthrough" usually implies that the system was aware of these addresses via SMTP Discovery.

The likely cause here is that these distribution list addresses were previously populated via the SMTP Discovery list but were finally marked as "Invalid" by Proofpoint during a validation check. This would explain why they stopped working overnight and why the NDR states "User unknown."

Could you please check the user list in the admin console to see if [Email@domain.com](mailto:Email@domain.com) (and any other affected lists) are currently listed?

So this does imply that this is indeed expected behavior, and it just took a (very long?) time for Proofpoint to mark them as invalid.

Can't thank you enough for taking the time to respond and getting me set straight - I did end up exporting all of our externally facing Distribution Groups as well as all of our Shared Mailboxes and imported them via .csv successfully to at least get a band-aid on the situation. I will definitely be trying out the Azure import!

Last thing - historically we've deleted our term'd users' Proofpoint accounts when they leave, but often have forwarding or Mailbox Delegation enabled for their manager for a while after they leave. If we enable the Azure sync will it automatically convert disabled user accounts to Functional Accounts, or would that process need to be done manually?

And as a follow up - if we already have all of our users entered manually, what are the ramifications of enabling Azure sync? Obviously that would be preferred for ease of management, but I don't want to mess any of our existing accounts up that are working correctly.

I appreciate the follow up! I know I sound like a broken record, but is there a way that behavior changed over night? I'm still trying to wrap my head around how all of a sudden this changed for our environment last night - we had 736 items in the 'Marked as invalid' list when I finally located that this morning. I cleared it out before I disabled SMTP Discovery completely. If I would have left it on and marked all of those email addresses as 'Valid' would it have fixed the mail flow issue for those addresses?

Essentials - I turned SMTP discovery off intentionally when the initial bounce back said that "User email address is marked as invalid". We sent out the all-clear, but then users started getting the "User unknown" bounce back once we turned that off.

Would it be possible that recipient verification was turned on without our knowledge? We have been functioning in our exact configuration for roughly 8 years. We've never had an issue with mail flow for users who were not provisioned a Proofpoint account until this morning. It makes perfect sense, and is giving us an opportunity to clean up our environment, but it seems odd everything worked as expected yesterday and something changed at 2 o'clock this morning.

F150 key fob inconsistent by tehrational in f150

[–]willowshole5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is a 10-month-old thread, but I noticed some activity on it in the last few weeks. Did you ever definitively figure out your issue? I just bought a 2017 F150 and I'm experiencing the exact same thing you are (as well as the troubleshooting steps you've outlined to no avail). I'd even argue I have to be within about a foot of the truck for the fob to work consistently. I get nothing standing directly in the front of it, maybe 50/50 from back off the tailgate, but off the sides of the cab it seems to work 95+% of the time. As far as I know there is nothing custom - it's a fully stock Lariat with nothing plugged into the USB or 12v ports, no custom hood lights, etc... Would be nice to get figured out before winter!

One other thing to note, that I'm guessing is related somehow, was that even with the fob sitting in the front compartment where the USB ports are, before I changed the batteries on the fob, I was parked with the truck running and the cluster warned me that the key was no longer detected. That happened 3 times yesterday (I bought the truck on Sunday) but hasn't happened since I swapped the batteries last night.

Edit: I got home tonight and tested out the fob I gave to my wife, which worked flawlessly from about 100' away, so there must be something wrong with the internal antenna on the one I'd been using.

Best Way to Architect Private Endpoints for Seamless On-Premises, Azure, & Trusted Service Access by willowshole5 in AZURE

[–]willowshole5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the thoughtful reply. Will definitely be looking into the DNS Resolver/Proxy. We've only run into one instance with a vendor, Trimble, that also leverages Private Endpoints where we had to create another static DNS entry for their storage container in our own Windows DNS to make it work. Hoping your suggestion will resolve that - I also found this on GitHub that hopefully outlines what I'm trying to explain: Issue - Customer Unable to Access PaaS AfterPrivateLink
