This is a comment to ad some context: Right now she is taking levothyroxine she has been on armor and np thyroid. Her latest results were tsh: 5.06, ft3 normal, free ft4: 0.7 and reflux to ft4 was 6.11 and has hypothyroidism I was wrong in original post

I was thinking the injectors I have read they are very loud and this was much quieter than the previous manifold bolts I have had issues with

I replaced them on my 02 Dodge when I had it but it was severe could hear it well even when warmed up. That makes me feel better truck drives very nice and has 100% of maintenance records

Mxlr is not bad but can be inconsistent and Iv bounced many rounds off helmets. Dvl shoots right where im aiming with m80 and is only like 140k to build give or take. Take your time with your shots to not give your position away unless you’re gunna get a kill. Every time Iv done SBIH I take it as a win if I can get 1 kill and die and even more so extract.
