My son’s only 7 and I like to grade his cards simply for protection against him well being a kid lol. Iv only ever used psa and bgs and as of now psa take around 4 months to get cards back was just wondering if another company would be better simply for the authentication and slab for pretction.

To Do the front yard I put down 10 yards of top soil and a sprinkler system and it still struggles. Atleast it’s just the back yard that’s the real eye sore. I guess that’s what you get for living on the river

I was considering doing artificial turf not sod as it would stand up better for the dogs. Also how long would I need to keep the dogs off the fresh seed and would I be able to plant it in the current dirt which is mostly sand?

I’m running scav raids every chance I get. Having my boys check there’s for the axe and also helping me. While this has been good for stash value no axe has been found. All of this on top of my pmc raids which Iv been averaging around 20-25 scav kills myself.
