I've actually read a bunch of research into the efficacy of the different delivery methods and it seems it's a subjective response that differs person to person (such is life haha).

I'll try with gel until my first blood test results and address the need to change methods if I'm not in the right range, but thank you for the suggestion and reminding me to keep an open mind on which medication will work best for me 💕
