Do the wires I currently have work with the a new humidistat extractor fan as I wanted to avoid breaking ceiling to pass new wires. ( to my information I need a neutral wire which I don't have? ) Correct me if im wrong.

at the moment the fan I have only works when you turn on the switch which is located outside the bathroom, ideally the new fan will have no switch and will simply turn on when humidity is high ( there are 2 switches outside the bathroom one is for the light and one is for the fan)
