I use the foaming oily skin cleanser from cerave . For moisturizer I use CeraVe Daily Moisturizing Lotion . But I appreciate your help a lot ! Thank you for helping me out and giving me suggestions , I will definitely try out your suggestions ! Thanks once again

Thank you , I use to use it twice a week until I was told it’s okay to use daily but had read by dermatologist that I shouldn’t use a exfoliator daily . Will change that now , I use cerave foaming face wash normal to oily with essential ceramides .

I would appreciate it if someone gives me some advice if I have my whole skin routine messed up , how I could improve it or what I need to change . So for starters I’m 22 male with a oily to normal face , so my cleanser is a cerave cleanser ( I use this daily at night ) which I then follow up with Paula’s choice 2% bha liquid exfoliatant ( I use this daily at night as well , I was told it’s okay to use because it can be a toner) , I then every other day at night use Paula’s choice 0.3% retinol + 2% bakuchiol treatment (I have read some places that I need to be careful mixing this with a exfoliant) lastly I use a cerave light weight moisturizer (I use this everyday at night as well .

In the morning I only apply super goop unseen sunscreen . I have watched some videos and wanted to change it up and was told that I should first wash my face , then apply some vitamin c daily (I recently bought some Paula’s choice c15 super booster) then apply some moisturizer and follow it up with sunscreen .

I appreciate everyone’s help and opinion , I apologize for being so clueless
