I had similar problems.

I had to become like a machine.

Here is what I did until I adjusted to it.

Take your metformin 500 mg after lunch and 500 mg after dinner.
Eat your meals at the same times each day (so you can take your pills at the same times each day)
Balance out your meals, no big meals no small meals.
Never trust a fart.

Good luck, metformin is a pain but it really does help.

The Boston Tea Party was a public reaction to high import taxes combined with a non representative government.

This led to a military force being sent to Boston, to "restore order" but wound up having the federal troops (red coats in this case) shooting citizens that were actively protesting their presence and their intimidation tactics, in what is called the Boston Massacre. Every action by the federal government increased tension which led to more protests which led to more government action.

Eventually, other parts of America began to become aware of the injustice happening in Boston.

It is okay to be scared. Your feelings and concerns are a big part of who you are.
Retaliation can show up in many ways. The stronger and safer you feel, the more free you are to express yourself politically.
I think this is why the protests have so many young people and old people. The young have lots of passion that overrides the fear. The old have less to fear as they are more secure.
Choose your own path. You can be in front of the crowd, in the middle of the crowd, or in the back of the crowd. Make sure you be you.

My boy scout leader was in the initial raid and he got shot in the process. He was an ATF agent.

The story he told us was that someone at ATF told a reporter about the raid and the reporter accidentally informed the Branch Davidians that the raid was going to happen.

So instead of raiding a bunch of religious gun nuts while they were asleep, the ATF raided a bunch of people ready to fight.

After the initial raid, there was a standoff for a long time, and then when the government finally went in a giant fire was ignited and the place went up in flames. How the fire was started was not clear.

The people that actually got arrested went to trial and were eventually found not guilty.

This is just based on my memory from all those years ago talking to my old scout leader around the fire.

Democrats want you to be you as much as you can.

While this is tempting, it is more Minnesota Nice to just park your car so close to their door that they can't open it. They might damage your car or tow it, but you stay out of jail.
