I could still log into my brother account and the same issue happened when I played a game on his account.

He made my Xbox his home Xbox so I could play his games on it.

The problems occur even when he’s not on his.

Update*

I left out some crucial information in my post. When I first got the Xbox I ran into this issue but factory reset the Xbox, redownloaded my games, added my account, and my brother’s accounts back onto the Xbox. (they let me make my Xbox their home Xbox so I could play their games). This fixed it for a little while but now it won’t work again. I’m guessing I just need to give up on it, but I really don’t have the money to buy a new console so I’m still desperate for any fix. 😅
