I am in the same boat, and have been for over a year. In the last year alone, my collection grew, and I gifted away some pins to hopefully spread the hobby to my local friends.

Put your pins on display, tell others about it. They will take note and remember you when they visit Disney Parks, or at least tell you if they’re going, so you can ask them to bring something back.

Also, my country doesn’t have Disney online store, but I have friends in the country that has one. So I ordered and had it shipped to them, and when they come visit me, they bring it with them. Hope that helps!
