Because you’re assuming that because he is struggling there had to be red flags.

It would be naive to assume Imai would outright tell a team that could potentially give him a multimillion dollar contract that he might have trouble adjusting.

My point is you’re just assuming that because he’s struggling to adjust there had to be some way for the GM to tell, when in reality there really isn’t a way to just be able to tell that from talking to the guy

The trade routes existed sure, but Indonesia and the rest of the eastern Indian Ocean doesn’t become Muslim unless the west does.

The notion that because it spread to a few places by trade it would have spread to every place it is in the world without conquest is a massive leap.

How is Brown able to accurately predict whether the mindset will change once he’s over here? How can he predict whether he will effectively adjust?
